The Panchayat President is an elected representative who works with the objective of ensuring public welfare and the comprehensive development of the panchayat. By actively intervening in social, agricultural, educational, healthcare, and coastal development sectors, the President formulates and implements numerous projects for the progress of the village.
The defining characteristic of their leadership style is working hand-in-hand with the people. Special focus is given to the upliftment of farmers, women empowerment, youth development, sanitation activities, infrastructure development, and the protection of coastal areas.
Guided by the vision of "Development to the People," a transparent and people-centric administrative system is implemented through the panchayat governance.
